Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Word Map Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:

• Visit paddle.net and use the self-service refund portal, or
• Contact our support team at support@blackplate.co and we will help you initiate the refund through Paddle.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. If you cancel within the 30-day guarantee window, you are eligible for a full refund of your most recent payment.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
